Payment Authorization:
By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Pretty Violent Martial Arts to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Price Changes:
Pretty Violent Martial Arts, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:
You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period, and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.

Refunds:
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Pretty Violent Martial Arts on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the company.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge that the techniques, training methods, and physical activities presented on this Service involve inherent risks of physical injury. By accessing this content, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury, death, or property damage that may result.
