Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pretty Violent Martial Arts, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction and a seamless experience for our members. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and fair as possible.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You have the freedom to manage your membership at any time.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our support team at pr3ttyviolent.martialarts@gmail.com.
Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your access to the member-only video library and other subscriber benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. At the end of that period, your access will be revoked, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally maintain a strict refund policy for subscription services.
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a monthly subscription. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions: If you have purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. After this 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Automatic Renewals: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews. Refunds will not be granted for automatic renewals if you failed to cancel prior to the renewal date.
3. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
For standalone digital products, such as ebooks (e.g., "Pretty Basic Jiu-Jitsu") or individual instructional courses:
All Sales Final: Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all sales of ebooks and one-time access courses are final. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund.
Exceptions: If a file is corrupted or you are technically unable to access the content due to an error on our end, please contact support immediately for assistance. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. Merchandise and Physical Goods
If Pretty Violent Martial Arts sells physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, gear):
Returns: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
